Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Abed Tahan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that certain hygiene-related products and software with broken seals are not eligible for return.

Return Process

    Contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

    Our technical team will review your request to ensure the product meets our return criteria regarding condition and functionality.

    Product Collection

    Once approved, we will schedule a pickup from your location or provide instructions for dropping off the item at one of our showrooms.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After a final physical inspection, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-10 business days.
