What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. For defective items, our technical team will inspect the unit to facilitate a repair or replacement under warranty.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in USD or LBP at the daily market rate, as well as major credit/debit cards and in-store payments at any Abed Tahan branch.
